The CCA is the central community organisation through which all community organisations and residents can gather, express their views and plans and be represented to the Upper Lachlan Shire Council. Its interests lie in the co-ordinated improvements to the Collector community.

The CCA is very keen to see a master plan developed that reflects the aspirations of the Collector residents and liaises regularly with ULSC to make this happen.
